आँखा आँखा जुध्न खोज्दा झस्किने त्यो बानी  मिठो
मुसु मुसु मुस्काउदै मस्किने त्यो बानी मिठो।

बिपनिमा साथ हुँदा लजाएर भाग्ने तिमी
सपनीमा हाजिर भई जिस्किने त्यो बानी मिठो।।

गफगाफलाई मोथिकन प्रेमका कुरा निकाल्न
सामु तिम्रो आउन खोज्दा तर्किने त्यो बानी  मिठो।।

स्नेह र प्रेमलिलाका नया भाका सुनाउंदा
तार्कि तार्कि हिडेर फर्किने त्यो बानी  मिठो।।

गन्तब्य एउटै हो हाम्रो साथ देउ भन्दा
अघि अघि बढेर पर्खिने त्यो बानी मिठो।।

The term ‗Plant Tissue Culture‘ broadly refers to the in vitro cultivation of plants, seeds, plant parts etc. on nutrient media under aseptic conditions. Haberlandt (1854-1945) attempted to cultivate plant tissue culture cells in vitro. He is regarded as the father of plant tissue culture.

कस्तो तिम्रो जादुगरी हलचल अनौठो भो 

मुस्काउँदा घरिघरि हलचल अनौठो भो

नजर हुन् कि तिर ति निशाना आचुकको 

नयन हुँदै मुटुभरी हलचल अनौठो भो

शव्दकोष हार्यो आज उपमा भेटिएन 

गांसु लाग्यो पिरती हलचल अनौठो भो
